O Christmas Tree

We went to chop down a tree. That was the easy part. Transporting it back to Seattle was the challenge. This setup- with the tree on top of the car- was a disaster waiting to happen. So we stuffed it in the backseat next to Joy.

Thanksgiving

This year was our first year cooking our own Thanksgiving feast. The turkey was good, but the sweet potatoes and pecan pie were the best! Even Joy got to participate and eat sweet potatoes. Preston and I are thankful for a wonderful family and a God who is full of grace; and Joy is thankful for her bouncy toy. We ate…then we watched football.

Getting into Trouble

Joy is getting more mobile now. She is going for books, which she especially loves to gnaw on and salivate all over. We are beginning to baby proof the house…
