We are happy to welcome our daughter Joy Evelyn McGee into the world. She was born at 9:23pm Thursday April 23, 2009, weighing 8lbs 10oz.

Good-bye Robbin

My nanny boys drew me these good-bye cards on my last nannying day . Notice how they spelled my name wrong They told me I wasn’t allowed upstairs in their room. I never go in their room but one of the boys said he had a special homework project, so I couldn’t go upstairs. So I said ok, and sat on the couch downstairs. A few minutes later they yelled down “How do you spell ‘good-bye’”?I had a good chuckle. But then they presented me with the cards and it was pretty sweet. We then went outside and they picked me flowers. They were determined to make it “my best day ever”. They would constantly ask “Is this your best day ever?” I had to tell them to stop picking flowers because I thought they might get in trouble from the landscapers. Haha! They are sweet boys and I’ll miss them.
